This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 98 days in preferring the First Appeal challenging the Judgment and Award dated 07.11.2015 passed by the M.A.C.T., Satara in M.A.C.P. No. 512 of 2010. 3.

For the reasons stated in paragraphs Nos.3 to 10 of the Civil Application, as the sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay of 98 days, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs.
