At the outset, Mr. Chaudhari, learned APP states that investigation is going on and this Bail Application is moved even before filing of the Charge-sheet. He states that Charge-sheet will be filed shortly after conducting the investigation. 2.

In view of the statement made by the learned APP, Mr. Pandey, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application after filing of the Charge-sheet before the Sessions Court.

The Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application after filing of the Charge-sheet before the Sessions Court.
