Perused the orders passed by this Court from time to time. In view of the directions issued by this Court, specially the interim protection dated 21st July, 2009, it would be necessary to direct the respondent no. 5 to issue the degree certificates to the students of the petitioner/Society admitted in the year 2009-10. The respondent no. 5 is, therefore, directed, in the circumstances of the case, to issue the degree certificates to the students admitted in the petitioner-college in the year 2009-10

The Civil Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and disposed of.
