It is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellants that the appeal has been admitted on 02.09.2014. The ad interim relief in terms of prayer clause (a) is granted on the same date with a direction to respondents to file reply to this civil application, if any. However, till today no such reply is filed. Considering that the civil application is pending since 2013 and ad interim relief granted in terms of prayer clause (a) is also continued till date, the same relief is continued till the disposal of the appeal.

The Civil Application is, accordingly, disposed of. 3.
