After the writ petition was argued for some time and it was brought to the notice of Petitioners' advocate that by now the charge sheet has already been filed and the case is pending before the competent Court, he seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the Trial Court by an application seeking discharge from the criminal case.
