The challenge in the appeal is to judgment and award dated 28/05/2003 passed by the learned 2nd Additional District Judge, Kolhapur in LAR No. 84 of 1993. The amount awarded by the SLAO is Rs. 15,730/- The amount is enhanced to Rs. 31,460/- by the learned Reference Court.
