The petitioner claims that he is working as Steno B-Grade in the establishment of District Court at Solapur since 2012. 2] Feeling aggrieved by the transfer order dated 6th May 2017, by which, the petitioner has been transferred from Pandharpur to Sangola, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 6th May 2017 before the respondents and filed this petition. 3] It has been stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that in pursuance to the impugned transfer order, the petitioner has already joined at the transferred place.

2 521-wp-6310-17.sxw 4] The grievance of the petitioner is that his wife is serving at Mohol and his place where he has been transferred is more than 90 to 100 kms. away from Mohol. He submits that he could have been transferred to either at Mohol or Solapur. It is also case of the petitioner that there is already vacancy at Solapur. 5] Keeping in view of the fact that the petitioner's representation against the impugned transfer order is pending, we are inclined to dispose of this petition by directing respondent No.3 to consider and take appropriate decision on the said representation as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Needless to say that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter. 6] With the aforesaid directions, the petition is disposed of. (M. S. SONAK, J.) (SHANTANU S. KEMKAR, J.)
