Learned Counsel for the applicant-Insurance Company submits that the applicant-Insurance Company is ready to deposit entire decretal amount along with interest accrued thereon within three weeks from today and he requested to grant stay to the execution and operation of the impugned Judgment and Award dated 23.12.2016 passed by learned M.A.C.T., Mumbai in Application No. 3061 of 2010. 2.

In view of submission, there shall be stay to the execution and operation of the impugned Judgment and Award dated 23.12.2016 passed by learned M.A.C.T., Mumbai in Application No. 3061 of 2010 subject to condition that the applicant-Insurance Company shall deposit the entire decretal amount with interest accrued thereon within three weeks, failure to which, the stay granted shall stand vacated automatically without further 1/2
