Heard Ms. Mrunmayi Khambete, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr. Sawant, learned AGP for the Respondent - State.

The Petitioner challenges the order passed by the Revenue Minister by which by setting aside the orders passed by the Additional Commissioner, Pune, the matter was remanded back to the Tahsildar, Junnar. Ms. Khambete, learned counsel states that Tahsildar, Junnar has accordingly passed fresh order and therefore, Writ Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of as it has become infructuous.

It is needless to observe that the Petitioner can challenge the fresh order passed by Tahsildar, Junnar. All the contentions on merits of all the parties are expressly kept open.
