ORDER:- We are inclined to dispose of all these Writ Petitions, as the submission is made by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners that in view of Writ Petition No. 5073 of 2015 (Dr. Vijay Anjanilal Chourasia Vs. Govt. of Maharashtra & Ors.) decided by the Division Bench of Aurangabad Bench of this Court, dated 15 April 2016, all these Petitioners are also entitled to make a representation as 2/3

ssm 3 claimed in the present Petitions. Therefore, at this stage, by keeping all points open, we are permitting the Petitioners to make representation to the appropriate Authorities within two weeks from today. The concerned Respondent to consider the same in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within eight weeks. All the Writ Petitions are accordingly disposed of, with liberty. No costs.
