1) In furtherance of the statement made by the applicant on 13/6/2016, the applicant and the respondent no.1 have entered into an amicable settlement and tendered in Court the consent terms arrived at between them dated 5/8/2016. The applicant and the respondent no.1 have signed the said consent terms. The applicant and the respondent no.1 are personally present in the Court and through their respective counsel submitted that they have signed the said consent terms. The learned counsel representing the respective parties have also signed the consent terms for identification of the signatures. The said consent terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The undertakings given by the applicant

2) In view of the consent terms dated 5/8/2016, the Order dated 13/6/2016 passed in Execution Application No.EA/13/2010 by the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Maharashtra, Mumbai is hereby quashed and set aside.
