Heard Mr.Shah, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Walimbe, learned Counsel for respondents No.1A to 1C.

Mr.Shah submitted that though the order was pronounced on 18th and 21st November, 2016, it was uploaded on 2.12.2016. He, therefore, seeks continuation of stay in terms of prayer clause (c) for a period of four weeks from today. Request made by Mr.Shah is reasonable. Hence, stay in terms of prayer clause (c) is extended by a period of four weeks from today. 4.

Mr.Shah further submitted that during pendency of the suit injunction was operating

Mr.Walimbe confirms that the injunction was operating during pendency of the suit. In view thereof, interim order that was operating against the defendants pending suit shall stand revived automatically.
