After arguing for some time, when the Court was not inclined to suspend the applicant's sentence and enlarge him on bail, learned counsel for the applicant sought leave to withdraw the SQ Pathan 1/2

The application, is accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. We grant permission to the learned counsel for the applicant/appellant to prepare paper-book privately in accordance with the Rules. After preparation of the paper-book, appeal be listed under the caption `for directions' for fixing date of hearing. Application is disposed of accordingly.
