Heard learned Counsel for the parties.
By this First Appeal, the Appellants/claimants are challenging the judgment and award dated 28 February 2019 passed by the Railway Claims Tribunal, Mumbai, in Claim Application No.OA(llu)/MCC/1244/2012, dismissing the Appellants/claimants' application under Section 16(1) r/w Section 13 (1-A) of the Railways Claims Tribunal Act, 1987, and Section 124-A of The Indian Railways Act, 1989, seeking compensation to the tune of Rs.4,00,000.
Considering the submissions made by learned Counsel for the Appellants and impugned judgment, I am satisfed that the

i) Admit ;
ii) Printing is dispensed with ;
