The order dated 29 September 2014 reads thus :- "

Admit. Learned counsel for respondent nos. 5 and 6 waives service. Printing is dispensed with. Filing of roznama along with private paper book is dispensed Sharayu.

Requisite number of copies of private paperbooks including the copies for the respondent/s shall be filed by the Appellant/s within a period of two years from today. If compliance is not made within stipulated time, the appeal shall stand dismissed for want of prosecution without further reference to the Court."

Admittedly, no compliance has been made within stipulated time. Therefore, the Appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution. In fact, Registry, ought not to have even placed this matter on the board, but indicated the matter as disposed of by virtue of order dated 29 September 2014. Since the Appeal stands disposed of, interim orders, if any, stand vacated.
