Today when the matter came up for hearing the learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that this Petition may be disposed of by directing Respondent No. 2 - The Scheduled Certificate Scrutiny Committee No. 1, Nashik to consider and decide the Petitioner's claim pending before it for validation of caste as expeditiously as possible as also to direct Respondent No. 3 - The Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nashik to consider and decide the Petitioner's claim for regular salary to the Trained Assistant Teacher expeditiously, in accordance with law. Keeping in view the aforesaid limited prayer, this Petition is disposed of by directing the Respondent No. 2 - The Scheduled Certificate Scrutiny Committee No. 1, Nashik to consider and decide the Petitioner's claim for validation of caste certificate as expeditiously as possible but not later than six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

The Respondent No. 3 - Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nashik is directed to consider the Petitioner's claim for grant of regular salary as Trained Assistant Teacher as expeditiously as possible but not later than three months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

With the aforesaid directions, the Petition stands disposed of.
