Mr.Party in person is challenging the order dated 26.03.2014 passed by Principal District Judge, Raigad at Alibag below Exhibit-1 in Civil Misc. Application No.9 of 2014 rejecting his Application for transfer of Special Civil Suit No. 71 of 2006 from one court to other court. During the pendency of the present Writ Petition, said Judge is already transferred from that court and now the matter is pending before other Judge. In view of subsequent development, nothing survives in the present Writ Petition. Hence, Writ Petition is rejected. (K.K. TATED, J.) Mohite 1/1
