The petition is filed for quashing and setting aside the F.I.R. bearing C.R. No.I-106/2015 registered with APMC police station, Navi Mumbai for offences punishable under section 354, 323, 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

Mrs.Deshmukh, learned APP place on record a report dated 23rd December, 2015 filed by Senior Police Inspector, APMC police station, Navi Mumbai. The report shows that after having 1/2

p2) wp2325-15 completed investigation in the said F.I.R., B-summary report is filed in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Vashi, CBD Belapur. The report is taken on record.
