The matter was argued for some time yesterday upon which the learned Counsel appearing for the Appellants sought time to take instructions from the Appellants as regards the withdrawal of Sharayu.

The learned Counsel appearing for the Appellants makes a statement that the Appellants would withdraw the above Appeal from Order, but requests that the Notice of Motion in question be expedited.

The Appeal from Order is accordingly, allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such. However, the Notice of Motion is expedited. In view of the withdrawal of the Appeal from Order, the above Civil Application does not survive and to accordingly, stand disposed of as such.
