The learned Counsel for the original complainant submitted that the parties have settled the matter amicably out of the Court and the complainant does not have any grievance about the same. The learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that the parties have filed Criminal Writ Petition No.3263 of 2013 in this Court for quashing of the present CR No.323 of 2013 registered with Oshiwara Police Station, Mumbai qua the applicant.

In view of the same, the interim relief granted earlier is hereby confirmed.
