It is the contention of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the Annual General Meeting which is to be conducted on 18/07/2021 is held in complete breach of the bye-laws of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act. The complaint has been fled by the Petitioner before the Deputy Registrar on 07/07/2021. Learned Counsel submits that no cognizance of the complaint has been taken. The Petitioner is willing to appear before Deputy Registrar tomorrow i.e. on 17/07/2021. The only relief that can 1/2

35. wp 2929.21.doc be granted in favour of the Petitioner is to request the District Deputy Registrar to look into the complaint expeditiously. It is also open for the Petitioner to pursue such remedies in law as may be available to him.
