The above Civil Application has been filed for effecting substituted service on the Respondent Nos.1(h) and 1(i). The reasons why the recourse to Order V Rule 20 of the Code of Civil Procedure is required to be taken are mentioned in the above Civil Application.

In so far as the Respondent No.1(i) is concerned, the notice to be published in two local news papers having circulation in Mumbai i.e. (1) Free Press Journal (English Edition) and
(2) Hamara Mahanagar (Hindi Edition). The notice to indicate that the same is made returnable on 19/06/2017.
