By this first appeal, the appellant-claimants are challenging the judgment and award dated 31.01.2019 passed by the Railway Claim Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, Mumbai in Claim Application O.A. No.635 of 2012 dismissing the appellants claim application under Section 16(1) r/w Section 13(1-A) of the Railway Claims Tribunal Act, 1987 and Section 124-A of the Railways Act, 1989.

ORDER

(i) Admit.

(ii) Printing dispensed with.

(iii) Appellants to file private paper book within one year from today, failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed without referring back to the Court. (iv) Registry is directed to call for Record and Proceedings.
