This is an application for relaxation of condition imposed upon the applicant by an order dated 20.12.2014 by this court, while releasing the applicant on bail. The said condition is that, the applicant to report to the office of the DCB CID, Unit II on very Monday and Thursday between 6.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. till the disposal of the case against him or until further orders whichever is earlier. The said condition was subsequently relaxed by order dated 20.12.2014 and the applicant was directed to report to the Trial Court on every Monday and every Thursday at 11.00 a.m. till the disposal of the case against him. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that since last more than one year the applicant is regularly complying with the said condition. The learned APP. on

2 /2 APPP-487-15 instructions submitted that the charge has already been framed by the learned Trial Court. In the circumstances, I am inclined to relax the aforesaid condition.

Hence, the following order.

a) The applicant hereinafter shall report to the Trial Court on 1st and 3rd Monday of every month between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00p.m.

b) The applicant shall attend all the dates of the Trial Court. c) Rest of the conditions imposed upon the applicant by order dated 24.6.2014 are not disturbed.

d) Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. (A.S. GADKARI, J.)
