The learned Counsel for the Respondent, on instructions, states that he is willing to forego for the present his prayer for access rights during the vacations of child. Presently, he seeks access to his minor child, twice a month on working Saturdays in the Child Care Centre of Family Court at Bandra. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, has no objections to this suggestion and is agreeable to the said proposition.

In these circumstances, nothing survives in the Petition. The Petitioner-wife will allow access to the minor son twice in a month on working Saturdays between 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. in the premises 28th November 2023

In these terms, the Petition is disposed with the above directions.
