By this Application, the Applicant seeks cancellation of the Anticipatory Bail granted to the Respondent Nos. 1 & 2, by the Sessions Court vide Order dated 06.05.2014.

It is not in dispute that during the pendency of the aforesaid Application, charge-sheet has been filed as against the Respondent Nos. 1 & 2.
