P.C. :- 1] Not on board. Upon production, taken on record. 2] This petition is directed against the order dated 17 April 2015, by which the petitioners' application at Exhibit-45 came to be rejected.

3] There is no reason to interfere with the impugned order, at this stage. In case, however, such non-interference shall not come in the way of the petitioners taking out an appropriate application, since the petitioners complain that there is non-compliance by the defendants of some previous order made by the Small Causes Court. If such application is made, the same can be disposed of in accordance with law and on its own merits.

4] With the aforesaid observations, present petition is disposed of.
