The learned AGP has tendered an Afodavit in Reply dated 28th October, 2021 of the Deputy Superintendent of Land Records, Igatpuri, District - Nashik. In the said Reply Afodavit, it is mentioned that as per the direction of this Court dated 28th September, 2021, the Respondent has carried out Nimtana Mojani in the presence of and after recording the statements of the Petitioners as well as Respondent No. 6 and preparing panchnama on 12th October, 2021. A copy of the report dated 12th October, 2021 is annexed and marked as Exhibit-1 and copies of the said statements and panchnama are annexed and marked as Exhibit-2 collectively to the said Reply Afodavit. In view thereof, nothing survives in the above Writ Petition. The
