The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner Mr. Deshmukh on instructions of the Petitioner who is personally present in court which instructions are given in view of the out of court settlement between the parties as a consequence of which according to him no dues certificate dated 21-1-2017 has been issued by the Respondent No.1 Bank, seeks withdrawal of the above Petition. The Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such.

The said no dues certificate dated 21-1-2017 is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.
