The learned APP states on instructions that, during the pendency of this application charge-sheet is now filed in the trial court. Because of this statement, the learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of this application with liberty to approach the sessions court for the same relief. He submitted that, applicant's wife is in advanced stage of pregnancy, therefore, his bail application needs to be decided expeditiously and in time bound manner by the sessions court.
