Pune, submitted that, in the present case the Police have filed chargesheet on 15th February, 2019 in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Vadgaon Maval, and the same has been registered as R.C.C. No.121 of 2019. 2) In view thereof, Mr. Inamdar, learned Advocate for Petitioner on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to adopt an appropriate remedy under the provisions of Criminal Procedure Code before the trial Court.
