This application is filed for bail in C. R. No.418 of 2016 registered with Jejuri Police Station for offence punishable under Sections 326, 323, 504, 506 427 read with Section 34 and subsequently converted to make it under Section 302 of the IPC.
Both the sides are heard. Papers of investigation are made available.
The material collected shows that the incident in question took place on 22.12.2016 at about 7.00 p.m. The first informant Machhindra and deceased Tukaram i.e. the father of Machhindra were at home. Allegations are made against the Applicant and her husband and also the father-in-law of the Applicant that they all together went to the BGP.

house of first informant and picked up quarrel. The quarrel was on account of breach of turn of taking water from joint well. The allegations are made that wooden stick was used by the persons from the house of the Applicant and first informant and his father were assaulted. The allegations are made against the Applicant that during quarrel she abused and due to pushing and pulling down, the wife of the first informant lost her Mangalsutra. Postmortem report of the deceased shows that there were head injuries caused by wooden stick. In view of these circumstances, the Applicant is behind the bars since 22.12.2016. This Court holds that the Applicant needs to be released on bail on her furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount. The Applicant is not to tamper with prosecution witnesses. She is not to commit similar offences. The application stands allowed in those terms.
