Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Addl.P.P. for the respondent - State.

The petitioner herein fled the complaint case No.1998/S/2013 against the respondent Nos.2 to 6 for the ofence punishable under section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act. The said complaint case is at present pending on the fle of Metropolitan Magistrate, 28th Court at Esplanade, Mumbai. Dinesh S. Sherla 1/2

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a public sector bank dealing with public money and huge amount is stuck due to delay in trial. It is submitted that the concerned court be directed to decide the matter expeditiously. 4.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and as the matter is of the year 2013, the concerned court shall endeavour to decide it expeditiously.
