This is an application for bringing legal representatives of the sole petitioner, since deceased, on record. Sole petitioner died on 12.11.2015 leaving behind the applicants as his heirs and legal representatives. For the reasons stated therein, delay of 124 days in filing the Application is condoned. Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) with no order as to costs. Amendment in the main Petition shall be carried out on or before 23.09.2016 and the amended slips shall be made over to the other side before the next date of hearing. 1/2
