The case of the petitioners is that respondent No.1 is required to register the petitioners as security guards and to allot them to the respondent No.2 establishment.

During the course of hearing, a prayer is made by the

2 31) wp6155-18.doc learned counsel for the petitioners to dispose off the petition by directing respondent No.1 to consider the petitioners' application Exhibit-C and take appropriate decision in accordance with law. 4.

Keeping in view the aforesaid request made, without going into the merits of the matter and without considering the petitioners' entitlement, we dispose of the petition by directing the first respondent to consider the petitioners' application Exhibit-C and take appropriate decision in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible but not later than four months. 5.

With the aforesaid directions, the petition stand disposed of.
