Heard Mr.Sawant, learned Counsel for the Applicant. 2.

Mr.Sawant states that Respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4 are the only contesting Respondents. He therefore seeks leave to delete Respondent Nos.3, 5 and 6.

On the motion made by Mr.Sawant leave to amend for deleting Respondent Nos.3, 5 and 6 from this application, as also from Civil Revision Application is granted. Amendment shall be carried out forthwith.

This is an application for condonation of delay of 20 days in filing the Civil Application. Though the contesting Respondents are served, no reply is filed opposing the application. For the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out sufficient cause for delay of 20 days. Hence Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs. 5.

List the Civil Revision Application for admission on 24th November, 2015.
