Heard the learned Counsel for parties.

After hearing the learned Advocate for the Petitioners, when this Court declined to entertain the Petition, the learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that he receives instructions from the Petitioners to withdraw the Writ Petition. He submits that in view of the facts of the present case and the possession receipt on page No.85 of the Petition, this Honourable Court be pleased to expedite the hearing of Special Civil Suit No.753 of 2016. To that effect, he has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. Same is accepted.
