1] When the matter was came up before this Court on 15th October 2018, the learned AGP was directed to take instructions as to within how much time the Respondent No.2 would decide proposal of Petitioner No.1.

2] Learned AGP makes a statement that the said proposal would be decided within a period of six weeks from today. Mr. S. B. Kalel, learned AGP on instructions of Respondent No.2 states that the said statement be treated as an undertaking to this Court. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
