The learned counsel for the applicant invited my attention to the observations made by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Dindoshi, in the order dated 14/10/2020 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.957 of 2020, on his file. By the said order, the applicant was given liberty to approach the same court again for his release on bail after a period of six weeks from the date of that order.

In the meantime, the applicant chose to approach this by Pradeepkumar P. Deshmane Date:
