The learned counsel for the applicant invited my attention to the observations made by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Dindoshi, in the order dated 03/10/2020 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.891 of 2020, on his file. The learned Judge had granted liberty to the applicant to file a fresh application after one and half month to two months from the date of order.
