This is an application preferred by the complainant for fixing the date of hearing of Criminal Application No.1079 of 2015. Criminal Application No.1079 of 2015 was admitted by this Court vide order dated 19th April 2017 and the proceedings before the Trial Court are stayed. It is submitted that the issue involved in these proceedings, is that before receipt of report under Section 202 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the Trial Court had issued process.

Considering the nature of issues involved in the matter, the main application can be fixed for hearing expeditiously.
