The Senior Police Inspector, Sampta Nagar Police Station, Mumbai, has informed that the offence being Crime No. 692 of 2022 punishable under Sections 323, 324, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code was inquired into and NC final was submitted to the Court of the Magistrate.

In view of the aforesaid written statement, the present proceedings stand disposed of with liberty to take such steps as permissible and available in law.
