By the order impugned the learned Additional Divisional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune, rejected the stay application filed by the petitioner in an appeal filed by her against the order passed by the learned Collector, Pune, disqualifying her from the post of Sarpanch/member of the Grampanchayat.

This Court on 16 June 2023 passed the following order : "1.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 10 July 2023.

The learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of State-Respondent Nos.4 to 6.

In the meantime, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (C), which reads thus : "(C) During the pendency of the present Writ Petition, this Hon'ble Court may kindly stay the Order passed in Village Panchayat Dispute No.213 of 2021 by the Learned Collector, Pune dated 23.3.2023." 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the learned Additional Divisional Commissioner shall endevour to decide the appeal filed by the present petitioner as early as possible. 4.

Interim order passed by this Court dated 16 June 2023 shall continue to operate till final decision of the appeal. 5.

Writ Petition is disposed of.
