This Petition has been filed by only a Private Limited Company for quashing the First Information Report. In the impugned First Information Report, the Directors of the said Private Limited Company have been shown as accused. Hence, this Petition is not maintainable at the instance of the Company and the same is accordingly disposed of. However, this order will not preclude the persons who are shown as accused from filing a separate Petition.
