Heard. By this appeal, the Appellant claimant challenges the judgment and award dated 12.02.2019 passed by the MACT, Niphad in MACP No.45/2015 dismissing their claim petition under section 166 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Appellant and the reasons recorded by the Tribunal in para 13 of the impugned judgment and award, following order is passed:
