The learned counsel for the Petitioner, on oral instructions, submits that the Petitioner has approached before this Court seeking quashment of F.I.R. No. 0539 of 2021, dated 04/07/2021 registered at the instance of the Respondent No. 2 at Wakad Police Station. 2.

Post filing of this petition, the Investigating Agency by completing the exercise of investigation, filed a Charge-sheet. 3.

In view of this subsequent development, the Petitioner is desirous to withdraw this petition.
