Regular Suit No.77 of 2014 was transferred from Civil Judge Junior Division, Mangaon to City Civil Court, Mumbai as per order of this Court. The same are re-transferred to Mangaon in view of the order in Civil Application No.225/2016 in Misc. Civil Application No.53/2015. Direction was given to the Respondents to pay Rs.14,000/- to the applicant within a period of 4 weeks from that date. It seems that the said order has not been complied so far. Without prejudice to the rights of the parties, the applicant is permitted to deposit the amount in Mangaon Court or where the matter is pending. The other side shall be entitled to raise any plea in view of delay in payment. Civil Application No.356/2018 is disposed of.
