1] As directed by order dated 26.09.2022 the Applicant had reported to the Investigating Officer. In the year 2019 and to be precise on 25.11.2019 the then Investigating Officer has filed Affidavit justifying custodial interrogation. But, thereafter, the investigation is complete and charge sheet has been filed against other accused persons. In the circumstances, the Investigating Officer PI Togarwad, who is present in the Court makes a statement that custodial interrogation of the Applicant is not necessary. However, apprehension is expressed that the Applicant is resident of Sonipat, hence, he shall be directed to report to the Investigating Officer as and when called for and to make himself available for trial and some appropriate conditions may be imposed.

O R D E R

(a) Application is allowed.

(b) In the event of arrest in connection with C.R.No.83/2018 registered with Dahisar Police Station, the applicant Narendra Kumar Maha Singh @ Sonu Dahiya, shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond to the extent of Rs.50,000/- with one or more sureties of the like amount, out of which one surety shall be from the State of Maharashtra.

(c) The applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer on every Monday between 3.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. till filing of charge-sheet, and thereafter, as and when called for.

(d) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer and should not tamper with evidence.

(e) The Applicant shall furnish his residential address and contact number to the Investigating Officer and shall keep him updated about change if any. [BHARATI DANGRE, J] 2/2
