Writ Petition No. 4897 of 2011 is transferred to Supreme Court and numbered as Transfered Case (Civil) No. 92 of 2015. Learned counsel appearing for Reserve Bank of India i.e. respondent No. 5 makes a statement that, Hon'ble Supreme Court by the Judgment dated 16th December, 2015 in the case of Reserve Bank of India Vs. Jayantilal N. Mistry (2016) 3 Supreme Court Cases 525 along with the present transferred petition, decided the issue finally and disposed of all those matters.

Therefore, the present petition needs to be treated as disposed of in view of the Judgment of Supreme Court dated 16th December, 2015.
