After the matters were argued for some time and we expressed our disinclination to grant relief under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, on taking instructions from each of

these petitioners, Mr. Pakale, learned counsel appearing for them seeks leave to withdraw these petitions. Leave granted. Each of these petitions stand disposed of as withdrawn. 2.
